Perfectly Clean is a very small company, just getting established in Ellis County, TX.  We pride ourselves in providing the best quality of service we possibly can.

Contracts:

With Perfectly Clean you are never asked to sign a contact. 

 

​Cancellations:

You may cancel services or reschedule at any time.  We do ask that you kindly give a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel.  There are no fees associated with the cancellations.

Lock Outs:

We ask that you provide a way for the cleaner to enter the home.  You can leave a key in a safe place, with a neighbor, provide the entry/gate code, provide us with a key that is kept in a lock box at our office or simply be home when the cleaner arrives.

 

Payments:

Payments are due at time of cleaning.  As of now we only accept check or cash.  A receipt will be mailed to you on the Monday following your cleaning if requested.  Please note ALL checks must have a drivers license number and your DOB.​
